With the legal enforcement of the decree of the District Court in Maribor, Nb. St 794/2013, about the confirmation of the compulsory settlement of Mariborska livarna Maribor d.d. (in the following MLM d.d. or company) from the 31st of December 2013 and the recording of new shares and share holders of the company MLM d.d. into the central register of securities from the 11th of February 2014 the conditions have been created for carrying out the following measures of the financiral reconstruction of the company MLM d.d. in several steps.
